The project is part of a multiple proposal strategy for the development of a large area in the Kommunarka District in Moscow for a private company specialized in high rise developments.  The main goal of the project is to maintain a favourable orientation of the towers on the east – west line, while giving the area a recognizable urban structure. The main event of this project is the central green recreational area, structured along a 600 mt long pedestrian boulevard penetrating the whole area along the east – west direction. Commercial facilities and some offices are organized along the main traffic connection on the south edge. Two educational areas are acting like buffers, between the central tower development and the 2 blocks on the edges. Parking facilities are organized according to the local custom in separated multilayered buildings for the blocks, and in a podium at the base of each group of towers. The overall height of the buildings goes from 8 to 25 floors.
